# Equity Official Data Rights／Attribution Determination v0.1

## Scope and firewall

This review determines only the intended use, retention boundary and attribution wording for the four official Equity components. Historical values, quarterly means, growth rates, component labels, label distributions, environment states, latest state, accuracy metrics and Equity classifications remain sealed. Equity Emit, Research Preview Emit, Production Emit and six-index promotion remain blocked.

## F01 — BEA

**Disposition: `CONFIRMED_WITH_MANDATORY_CONTROLS`.**

The BEA API Terms expressly allow a service to search, display, analyze, retrieve and view BEA data. Internal prospective validation is accepted as analysis under that stated use. The reviewed terms do not prohibit retaining returned public statistics. ASSET SHIFT may retain only a `Credential-redacted derivative Vintage`: the echoed `RequestParam.UserID` must be removed and verified absent before persistence. The artifact must not be represented as immutable as-received Raw.

## F02 — BLS

**Disposition: `ATTRIBUTION_LOCKED`.**

BLS states that everything it publishes is in the public domain except previously copyrighted photographs and illustrations. Permission is not required; BLS asks users to cite it as the source. The emblem and excepted visual material are not used.

## F03 — Federal Reserve G.17

**Disposition: `CONFIRMED_WITH_THIRD_PARTY_EXCLUSION`.**

The Board states that, unless otherwise indicated, information on its website is in the public domain and may be copied and distributed without permission; it asks users to cite the Board. The reviewed G.17 release and exact series contain no non-Board rights marking. Any photo, graphic or other material separately identified as non-Board remains excluded and requires permission from its original source. Board seals, logos and official insignia are not used.

F01–F03 are complete with the controls above. F04 remains `PENDING_SEPARATE_HUMAN_APPROVAL`. F04 may authorize only creation of the four-quarter Prospective Forward Validation preregistration. It does not authorize runner execution, unsealing, Equity Emit, Research Preview Emit, Production Emit or six-index promotion.
