## Scope

This binds the separate **U.S. Silver Supply-Demand Structural State** candidate to the official USGS Data Series 140 workbook. It is not the six-index Silver price state, a global Silver balance, an investment-return measure, or Silver v0.30 restoration.

## Continuity disposition

Flow Pressure is bound to columns B and I. Eligible uninterrupted source-method segments are 1901–1994 and 1997–2021; a three-year transform may not cross the excluded interval. Inventory Buffer is bound to H and I. Its latest uninterrupted 20-observation-capable segment is 2000–2021. The first schema-eligible common classification year is 2019, but no classification was calculated or viewed.

Blank and `NA` cells mean missing or withheld, never zero. ASSET SHIFT will not interpolate, carry forward, reconstruct stocks, or accept the USGS workbook's explicitly interpolated 1995–96 consumption observations.

## Exclusions and rights

Unit-value columns J and K are excluded. World production does not change the U.S.-only scope. The USGS file page marks this workbook Public Domain; credit remains required. Third-party material and the USGS identifier/logo are excluded. This binding alone does not authorize Raw redistribution or commercial derived display.

## Historical provenance and result firewall

This workbook can support only **Reconstructed with latest available USGS data** history. `As-published at the time` requires a contemporaneous immutable Vintage. This distinction remains visible after all six indices connect.

The downloaded file was used only for schema, notes and continuity proof. It was not accepted as a model Raw Vintage. Raw values, transforms, directions, structural classification, Backtest/OOS, Forward results and Production promotion remain sealed.
